We know that every wedding is different. We know that every budget is different, too. We offer a coordinating package and a planning package. If you don’t see what you need, just let us know. We can customize a package just for you.

You might wonder what the difference is between coordinating and planning. You need a coordinating package if you want to contact your own vendors and do your own planning. I just pull off what you plan. You’ll want a planning package if you want me to contact vendors for you (you’ll still get to choose which ones), plan the day down to the tiniest details, and go over your contracts. This one takes a lot more time before the big day!

Destination (we all travel) Wedding Planning Package: 5% of total spent, add-on fees could apply

Everything included in Wedding Planning Package Plus:

Locate local vendors and offer choices to you

Phone/Video meetings with any vendor

Invitation proofreading

Menu and Bar selections

Assist in song choices for ceremony and dances

Add-on fees for:

-travel, including overnight accommodations and/or mileage, billed separately

-$250 off-site ceremony location

-$250 reception location where there is no on-site venue management

-$50 per hour ($75 on rehearsal day and wedding day) for services beyond those specified in any package, billed separately

-$75 per hour for set-up + clean-up lasting more than 5 hours, Rehearsal day (or the day before) and Wedding day combined total, billed separately

-$200 per Wedding Coordinator Assistant(s)

-$20 per hour per additional helper, as needed

Payments

50% due at booking with the balance due 2 weeks before wedding day

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 120 days prior to wedding with a full refund less a $50 per hour fee for any services that have already occurred. Cancellations within 120 days will be subject to loss of deposit plus a $50 per hour fee for any services that have already occurred.
